About the author

omilde is the expert in leadership and team dynamics. After years of leading teams herself and guiding change processes, she founded her own company in 2012. Since then, she has been dedicated to helping other entrepreneurs and leaders succeed in managing their teams.

Leadership is not something you can just do on the side, according to Romilde. It’s a profession in its own right and certainly not for everyone, but if you know which buttons to press, you can become very good at it and achieve great results with your team.

For the past five years, she has been offering leadership programs and team training, helping over 3,000 clients with her programs. You may also know her from TikTok, where she humorously shows how not to behave as a leader through various characters.
