An entrepreneur through and through, Victor started his first business at the age of 16, laying the foundation for the subsequent companies he founded. He is still a shareholder in these businesses but has since handed over the day-to-day management to others. In addition, he invests in other companies and enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs, offering valuable advice.
Victor sees opportunities where others don’t, is a strategic thinker, and operates based on intuition supported by data. His passion lies in guiding startups and scale-ups on their journey to success. According to Victor, results are achieved through a combination of determination, strategy, and surrounding yourself with the right people.

A natural-born leader who knows exactly what she wants. Even during her part-time jobs, she always found herself in a leadership role in no time. Not just because she wanted it, but because she couldn’t do it any other way. After years of leading teams within organizations, she decided to embark on the entrepreneurial journey and build her own team.
Romilde coaches and mentors leaders at the management and executive level toward successful leadership, published her first book ("Happy Leader") in 2021, and runs a leadership academy with over 3,000 students. Her strength lies in pinpointing the issue. She quickly sees through situations, listens between the lines, and translates this into practical solutions for you and your organization.
